Catherine completed her comprehensive Pilates Certification through Real Pilates and holds degrees in both Dance and Arts Management from SUNY Purchase College.

She loves the mind/body connection and concentration that Pilates requires and believes the method can strengthen and empower every person who practices.

In addition to teaching Pilates, Catherine is a professional dancer with the Nimbus Dance Company in Jersey City. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, trying new recipes, and spending time with loved ones.
