Apprentice Pricing
Real Pilates is one of the most prestigious and rigorous classical Pilates teacher training programs in the world. Graduates must complete a total of 600 hours of student teaching, observation, self practice, and coursework. You can help our teachers complete their required teaching hours by becoming a practice body. It’s a win-win- our trainees fulfill their hours and you get Pilates at a great price.

For the first 100 hours of the program, the trainees are focused on beginners. After learning the coursework, they get hands-on supervised experience by working one on one with healthy bodies without major injuries. They will teach a 50 minute comprehensive beginner session on the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, Mat, and Barrels.

After the trainees pass their beginner test and learn the intermediate level coursework, they are able to teach advanced beginner/intermediate clients in a supervised setting. These 50-minute sessions will include exercises on the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Mat, and Chairs. All practice bodies must be relatively healthy without major injuries or recent surgeries.

When an apprentice passes their intermediate tests and learn the advanced classical repertoire, they are able to teach all levels at a $50 rate. At this point the trainees will have the knowledge and experience to work with clients of all ability levels as well as those with chronic low back and joint pain.
