Small Group Training:
No loud music. No large groups. Just Pure Pilates.
Our small group training classes are limited to four participants., making it more like a semi private session than a traditional group class. For 50 minutes your instructor will give clear instructions with attention to detail, correct your form when needed and help you reach your fitness goals.
We offer over 20 small groups a week using an entire gamut of Pilates apparatus.
We have reformer groups and so much more. Work on the towers, Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, High Chairs, Arm Chairs, Barrels, PediPoles just to name a few.

FULL STUDIO
Our signature semi-private class. Learn Pilates the way it was intended — as a system of exercises using a variety of different apparatus. In this 50 minute class you will work on 3 of the following apparatus: Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Pedipoles, Towers and more to achieve strength, length, and toned muscles, as well as a strong mind body connection.

TOWER
The Tower is our go to for strength, flexibility, lengthening, and deep abdominal work. Using the resistance of springs, this full body workout is low impact and gentle on the joints. We guarantee you will leave this class feeling a few inches taller.

REFORMER
No muscle will be left behind in our 50-minute reformer class. Your instructor will guide you through a sequence of exercises focusing on proper form, continuous movement, breathing and transitions. If you have never worked out on a classical reformer be prepared for stronger springs and a carriage that does not fully connect at rest so your muscles have to work harder.

SPRINGTONE®
Let the magic of the Pilates springs get your heart rate up, your muscles burning and your whole body challenged to the core. SpringTone® is the ideal resistance training class, utilizing various weighted springs to strengthen and sculpt you strong. Using timed circuits and cycling through body parts, you’ll heat up, tone up and lean out all while having a blast.

PILATES WITH WEIGHTS
Strength train the Pilates way with attention to proper form, alignment, and core strength. This class incorporates Pilates springs for resistance, ankle weights, arm weights, and your own body weight to build strong abdominals, arms, legs, and glutes.

PILATES PLUS CARDIO
Jump start your day!
Increase your stamina and improve cardiovascular health by adding low impact cardio to your Pilates workout. This is an apparatus class that includes exercises on the reformer, jump board, tower, and Pilates chairs. Be prepared to SWEAT.

STRONGER LONGER
This anti-aging workout combines resistance training, core strengthening while improving flexibility and balance.
This class is safe and effective for those with osteoporosis, arthritis, and joint issues.

PRE/POST-NATAL PILATES
A Pilates exercise routine is one of the the best ways to keep your body strong before and after pregnancy. Benefits of Pilates during pregnancy are:
-A strong core and strong pelvic floor muscles
-Easier labor and delivery
-Decreased discomfort due to muscular and skeletal imbalances
-Quicker bounce back after delivery.
This class is not recommended for twin or high risk pregnancy.
Virtual Classes
Live stream Pilates mat classes are perfect for those wanting to workout in the convenience and comfort of your home. All classes are open level and sometimes include props such as weights, magic circles, bands, balls, and towels
Teen Classes
Pilates for ages 12-18 and up. Learning Pilates from a young age will give you a lifetime of healthy movement habits, increase body awareness, core strength, better posture and flexibility.
