Amanda Horan

Amanda discovered Pilates after being gifted a free session at her local gym. She instantly loved the workout- especially the precision of the exercises and the mind body connection.

She signed up for more sessions and found it was the only workout program she ever committed to.

Amanda received her Comprehensive Teacher Training certification through Real Pilates and is a third generation instructor in the lineage of Joe Pilates.

Aside from teaching Pilates, Amanda is a Volleyball Coach at Trinity Hall High School in Tinton Falls. She is also a painter and professional carpenter.
