  • BARRELS OF FUN

    Wednesdays 930 am

    Back by popular demand is our Barrels of Fun class featuring the spine correctors, small barrels, and ladder barrels.

  • PRE-NATAL PILATES

    Tuesdays 1230 / Thursdays at 6pm

    A Pilates exercise routine is one of the the best ways to keep your body strong before and after pregnancy.

  • UPRIGHT PILATES

    Thursdays 1030

    Pilates' standing exercises using the arm springs , leg springs , magic circle, chairs, and more. Standing exercises require more strength and improve your posture, balance and bone density.

  • APPARATUS OF THE MONTH CLUB

    Tuesdays 730am

    Hone in on one apparatus for 4 weeks in our fully equipped Pilates studio.

  • TEEN REFORMER CLASS

    Wednesdays at 4 pm (ages 14-17).

    Starts July 1

    Our Teen Pilates Classes are perfect for anyone who wants to stay in shape over the summer or cross train for a sport. During this 50 minute workout, participants will focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, cultivating a mind body connection and improving muscular endurance.

  • PRETEEN PILATES

    Wednesdays 3 pm (starts July 1)

    Ages 11-13

    This 45 minute Pilates class will use the chairs, towers, and small apparatus while focusing on strengthening, stretching, improving posture and creating a body mind connection.
