Experience the magic of the Pilates apparatus and watch your body transform. In this 4 week series you will learn work on the reformer, the towers, the barrels, and the chairs to create long leaned toned muscles and a strong core.
This 4 week course is perfect for anyone who, is new to Pilates, intimidated by the pilates apparatus, or who would like to deepen their practice.
Pilates- even at the beginner level- is challenging for both the experienced exerciser and novice.
This class is not recommended for those with major injuries.
