Weight Up!
Wednesday 830 with Meredith
No muscle will be left behind with this 45 minute ankle and wrist weight class! The increased resistance is gentle on the joints and has the unique ability to both challenge and assist depending on the exercise.

Pre-Natal Pilates
Tuesdays 1230 with Michelle
A Pilates exercise routine is one of the the best ways to keep your body strong before and after pregnancy. Benefits of Pilates during pregnancy are:
*A strong core and strong pelvic floor muscles
*Easier labor and delivery
*Decreased discomfort due to muscular and skeletal imbalances
*Quicker bounce back after delivery.

Stronger Longer
Mondays 1030 & Thursdays 930 am with Rosanne
This anti-aging workout combines resistance training with core strengthening while improving flexibility and balance. This class is safe and effective for those with osteoporosis, arthritis, and joint issues.
