Beginner Pilates Gym
Mondays 1130 am with Lori
Experience Pilates the way it was intended - as a system of exercises using a variety of apparatus in our fully-equipped Pilates gym. In this 50-min class you will meet the Reformer, Tower, & High Chair and learn the foundational exercises, proper form, and any modifications for your body.

Tower + Chair
Wednesdays 730am with Meredith
Split your workout between the Tower & the Chairs. Spend 25 minutes lengthening and toning on the Tower. Spend the next 25 challenging your abdominals , glutes , stamina and balance on the chairs.

Stronger Longer
Thursdays 1030 am with Rosanne
This anti-aging workout combines resistance training with core strengthening while improving flexibility and balance. This class is safe and effective for those with osteoporosis, arthritis, and joint issues.

Pilates for Dancers
Thursday 430 pm with Sandi
Pilates is an effective cross training for dancers because it both enhances performance and prevents injury. This class will focus on core strengthening, flexibility with stability, breath control, body awareness and how to apply it to dance technique.

Teen Pilates
Gain core strength, great posture, lean toned muscles, and body awareness through this Pilates apparatus workout using the reformer, chair, and tower. This class is great for a teen athlete or for anyone who wants to live a fit & healthy lifestyle.
