      <image:title>Our Instructors - Sandi Vilacoba - Sandi has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and founded The Pilates Project in 2011. She is a teacher of teachers, small business owner, presenter, blogger, and mother of two teenagers. Her love of movement began when she was a young dancer and evolved into a passion for exercise and helping others (especially women) get stronger and healthier. Sandi has extensive training in classical Pilates, receiving her first certification under Bob Liekens at Power Pilates in 2004 and her second from Alycea Ungaro at Real Pilates in 2016. She is also a certified personal trainer, Pre/Post-Natal exercise specialist and a Certified Menopause Fitness Coach. She also studied Dance and English Literature at New York University. When she is not working, Sandi likes to read, cook, take long walks, and spend time with her family.</image:title>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Rosanne Kilkowski - Rosanne began her Pilates experience over 40 years ago. Originally trained in classical ballet, she was faced with an injury that brought her to Pilates as a client and soon transitioned into teaching, she trained many professional ballet dancers and theater professionals.  She received her certification in Authentic Pilates from The New York Pilates Studio, studying under the supervision of Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska and Sari Mejia Santo. She enjoys training clients young and old, weekend warriors as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. Rosie has a BA from Montclair State University.</image:title>

In her free time she enjoys biking, yoga and playing at the beach with her husband, two children and two dogs. She instantly loved the workout- especially the precision of the exercises and the mind body connection. She signed up for more sessions and found it was the only workout program she ever committed to. Amanda received her Comprehensive Teacher Training certification through Real Pilates and is proud to be a third generation instructor in the lineage of Joe Pilates. When she is not working you can find Lana playing on her ladies’ golf team, weight training, listening to audiobooks, traveling with her husband and two boys, or channeling her love of spreadsheets into planning her Pilates sessions.</image:title>

She completed her 600 hour Pilates certification through Real Pilates and a 200 hour yoga training through Yoga Alliance. Vienna found Pilates after an episode of vertigo left her unable to practice or teach yoga. Pilates not only helped her regain her balance but also helped her return to yoga stronger than before. She found Pilates to be the perfect complement to yoga and realized she couldn't live without both. When she is not teaching, you can find her at the beach listening to podcasts. In a past life she worked on documentaries for Netflix &amp; HBO.</image:title>

      <image:caption>As a young dancer who suffered from a hip injury and an eating disorder, Sandi began pilates in the early 2000s to rehabilitate and rebuild her strength and body image. After falling in love with the method, she became certified to teach in 2004. Pilates has never let her down. The workout kept her strong and healthy through her 20s and helped her recover from a difficult twin pregnancy in her mid 30s. As a busy mother of two and a small business owner, Pilates keeps her strong and pain free in her 40s. The body is constantly changing. Keeping it strong and balanced is always a project.</image:caption>
